This property is a masterclass in mismanagement, structural decay, and deceptive customer service. Despite completing a late check-in at 5:00 PMβgiving them all day to prepareβthe front office staff forced me to personally cycle through FOUR different rooms because the accommodations were completely broken or unhabitable. One room literally had the curtains falling completely off the sliders. When I finally settled on the fourth room out of pure exhaustion, the nightmare continued. After swiping my card for a premium rate of $128/night ($462 total with mandatory hospitality taxes), front desk staff intentionally waited until the payment cleared to verbally confess that the advertised satellite/cable TV package was entirely downgraded to local channels only. The room itself was an absolute health and safety hazard. The air conditioning unit was dead and blew warm, stagnant air. The main wall power sockets were completely unstable and barely functional. Worse, the room was visibly filthyβcovered in disgusting, prominent stains splattered all over the walls and the curtains, caked grime on the light switches and door handles, thick rust/mildew around the bathtub, and a shredded armchair with exposed foam stuffing. To top it all off, the plumbing was completely blockedβthe bathroom sink basin completely filled with murky water and refused to drain after washing my face. When I demanded an early check-out due to these unhygienic conditions, management tried to aggressively bully me with a fake "penalty fee" to keep my money. I had to firmly stand my ground in the lobby and pull up the 16 photos of filth I logged with corporate support before they backed down and handed me a $332 cash refund out of fear of a public scene. Avoid this place at all costs. They are charging 5-star prices for an abandoned-building experience
