“could work on customer focus”
the location is pretty central, charging station for electric cars in the hotel parking
Did not have hot water in the shower, reported to the staff next morning who said it will be fixed. it was not fixed in the evening when coming back to the room, without any communication. I was really disappointed not only that it was not fixed but also by the lack of communication and interest in their client, really not customer oriented. Staff offered a new room. the room is connected to another room but there is a space between the door and the frame, you get the light from the other room and it is also a single door so you hear everything from the other side. room 251 is definitely not value for money.
