“Unzufriedenstellende Zimmerzuteilung auch nach Umzug”
Zimmerzuteilung war unzufriedenstellend. Ich hatte 302 als Superior Queen DZ gewünscht, wie oft in der Vergangenheit gelungen ist, aber dieses Mal war 302 belegt. Als gliechwertige Alternative wurde mir 388 zugewiesen. Aber das Zimmer war keineswegs vergleichbar mit 302. Aussicht zum Innenhof und viel zu klein, es kam mir vor eher wie ein Standard DZ, aber zum gleichen hohen Preis. Die Nacht in 388 war nicht komfortabel, da ich meinen Koffer nicht auspacken konnte, denn man hatte mir gesagt, dass ich am nächsten ein grösseres Zimmer in der Kategorie belegen könnte. Zimmer 750 wurde als "passende" Alternativ angeboten. Das Zimmer war etwas grösser, icj fühlte mich nicht so sehr eingeengt, aber obwohl man mir sagte, dass 750 auf der Strassenseite lag, hat man mir nicht gesagt, dass die Aussicht durch eine Steinmauer blockiert war, ich fühlte mich eher wie in einer Gefängniszelle. Der Teppichboden wurde auch nicht richtig gereinigt, da ich spät abends nach meiner Rückkehr Nagelabschnitte vorgefunden habe. Ich habe mich nicht vor Ort beschwert, da ich endlich meinen Koffer auspacken wollte und nicht erneut umziehen. Ich habe selber sauber gemscht. Für den Preis und verlängerten Aufenthalt erwarte ich ein gewisses Komfort. Ich wurde zum 1. Mal enttäuscht, und ich bin seit 2022 oft Gast im Strand Palace.

Welcome by doorman and Ease of checking in. Excellent breakfast with efficient organisation. Excellent evening dinner and welcoming staff.
Can’t think of anything. Perhaps. We didn’t require or room to be refreshed daily. ie we ‘ went green’, but I wonder if such as tea bags and milk could be replaced if necessary. Nevertheless. Cleaning staff about were very helpful when asked.
