“Amazing stay! We will come back”
The hotel is beautiful, and its location on the banks of the Nile is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help. They made our stay even more memorable
Everything was perfect, except for the sun loungers by the swimming pool. Some show signs of wear and are not very comfortable, so replacing them could further improve the pool area.

Très bel hôtel et emplacement magnifique au bord du Nil. Très belle piscine.
Le personnel est très peu présent. Il ne semble même pas s'intéresser aux clients. nous n'avons pas vu de managers. Pas de services de conciergerie pour nous proposer des services !!!! Rien du tout !!!! Pour un hôtel de se niveau il manque une machine Nespresso. Tous ces concurrents (Sofitel et Radisson ou nous allons en ont).

Tout m'a plu : l'emplacement de l'hôtel, la qualité du service et l'accueil chaleureux du personnel, le confort de la chambre ainsi que les prestations proposées (petit-déjeuner, piscine, etc.). Un séjour sans fausse note.
