“Muy bonito y bien ubicado”
Todo
“Fantastic - the staff were so accommodating. We'll definitely stay again if in Madrid.”
Great quality of hotel and location - very central to tourist sites.
The only thing we can say is the drinks in the bar are very expensive. Also we would have had a dinner in the restaurant if they had a better menu selection.
“Nuestra estadía en Madrid”
Sin duda el espacioso y variado desayuno! Realmente destacable.
Nada, pero dejo el comentario que quizás seria bueno contar con otro ascensor!
“Friendly Staff, but Noisy Rooms”
Location, and the professionalism of Ms. Elena, she was a great problem solver
Room noise cancellation is really weak, woke me up multiple times
“Ok, it could be better”
just the SPA is very basic and old. And the water in the room is from the tap and you can taste it.
