Our stay at this hotel was completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. The worst part was the cleanliness of the room. We were expected to sleep on dirty bed linen. There were bugs stuck to the sheets, hairs that clearly appeared to be from previous guests, and visible stains that looked like bodily fluids. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel and made us feel extremely uncomfortable sleeping in the room. The overall condition of the hotel was also very poor. Many things looked worn out, damaged and badly maintained, including the bedding and furnishings, which were old and frayed. The hotel looked nothing like the standard we expected. On top of that, there was a loud party downstairs at night, with so much noise that we could not sleep properly. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences we have had. Cleanliness and basic hygiene should be the absolute minimum a guest can expect, and in our case even those basic standards were not met.
Das Zentrum Palmas und Cala Major waren zu Fuß und per ÖPNV gut zu erreichen. Nur ca. 15 Minuten zum Flughafen, der Hafen/Marina war gleich "gegenüber". Unglaublich reichhaltiges Frühstück inkl. spanischer Klassiker. Schönes Restaurant/Frühstücksraum.
