“Very disappointed”
Good location.
Restaurant staff disinterested. Breakfast choice, especially of hot food is poor. Bathroom layout made it very awkward and dangerous to get in the shower (very high bath side, glass partition and toilet leaving little room, no grab handle. Staff knocked on the door late evening wanting to check our mini bar late - after I had checked out earlier due to our morning start. This is definitely not a ‘leading hotel’. We were very disappointed and it is very expensive.

Das Frühstück war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Man musste für frische Eiergerichte und Säfte extra aufzahlen. Das Personal beim Frühstück war langsam, aber freundlich. Das sonstige Personal im Hotel war kompetent und freundlich.
