Friendly helpful staff,trouble free stay no complaints
Very accommodating and friendly
Great place to stay. Close to tube station and right in the grounds of Chelsea football stadium. Room clean, bed a little hard. Only 2 critics was some of breakfast items were over cooked, and fire alarms went off at 2am and woke everyone up and we were panicked.
Breakfast was great, hotel staff always check on you to ensure a great stay
The beds are so comfortable 😍 The location was perfect! Breakfast was great! Loved staying here 😊
