Breakfasts are fine. The neighborhood is ok
Had to change two rooms before I got a one without a smoke odor. Avoid small rooms. Was surprised by some bits of DDR nostalgia in the menu.

Room size, facilities.
Self Check in procedure was not user friendly and quite annoying after a long journey. Obviously a cost-cutting measure but help from the roving receptionist was required, so maybe not so efficient? It was difficult to find a seat at breakfast, very crowded, the food was spread around so it took a long time to get all parts of the meal on the plate, and I was constantly avoiding other people. Quite irritating first thing in the morning.
