“Top Lage! Personal und Service No-Go”
Zimmer war modern und alles war sehr neu. Top Lage!
Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Man hatte stets das Gefühl, warum man es wagt, das Personal überhaupt anzusprechen. Haben extra einen Parkplatz gebucht. Dies wurde schriftlich bestätigt. Beim Check-In sagte man uns, wir hätten Pech gehabt, da alle Stellplätze belegt seien. Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Balkon gebucht und bezahlt. Doppelbett ohne Balkon bekommen. Waren für den Aufenthalt vielleicht 15€ Unterschied, aber da meine Begleitung Raucher war, war dieser Umstand doch ärgerlich. Minibar war total versüfft und eklig. Bad war augenscheinlich sehr neu und modern, trotzdem gab es in den Ecken schon Schwarzschimmel. Es wurden Sachen aus der Minibar berechnet, die wir nicht nahmen. Haben das im Nachhinein wegen ca. 2,80 € natürlich nicht reklamiert, trotzdem nervig.

The place was rather dusty, shower was not working and the key for the room had to be activated several times.
