Great breakfast buffet! Lots of options. Clean and spacious rooms, biggest perk is that it is you enter masjid e nabawi as soon as you step outside the hotel.
We booked the executive suite which has two bedrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen did not come equipped with pots, pans, plates or spoons. we had to request for these items when we needed them and the service was slow. There was no way for us to heat our leftover food, since there was no microwave, and the hotel did not provide any pans, even when we asked. What then, is the point of having a kitchen? Also, the hallways had a weird smell.
