Beautiful property, and food was good. Comfortable beds. Good value.
The gym changing room shower room needs updating and more frequent cleaning. Pool is a bit too chlorinated

The hotel is located directly to the Thames in convenient distance from the city of Oxford. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The staff at the restaurant was efficient and with a pleasant attitude. But the meal itself was disappointing i.e. was the cheese pre-arranged and served cold where the bisquits had joined the cheese in the fridge and becoming soft. The hotel is spread over a large area which made the walking distance with luggage long and the flooring is not wheel friendly. There is no lift to upper floors.
