“Excellent”
Spotless room, super comfortable bed, and fantastic service from every single member of staff—the gentleman behind reception in particular was one of the friendliest we've encountered. The breakfast selection was top-tier (easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had), and our dinner at the hotel was excellent too. Perfect location for events at the Hydro. Couldn't fault a thing! Many thanks for making our anniversary so special

“Excellent stay”
Location , cleaniless, good breakfast , good options in swimming pool and very cooperative staff .
Single working lift .
Comfy bed, good location for access to the city centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The spa pool was broken, steam room didn’t have much steam, and the pool had children’s swimming lessons going on. The pillows were also unusually small. When the sheets were changed, my toothbrush was knocked off the charger and left on the floor.
