Location.
The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the towels weren't changed. I booked an airport transfer to the hotel; the booking was confirmed, but the transfer never arrived. I needed an invoice for the stay, but they refused to provide one, saying they would email itβyet they never did. Terrible communication at the reception.

The bathroom of our room 132 is very stinky. I think there is a problem with the sewage system. Even after the staff cleaned the room and sprayed a lot of parfΓΌm the smell didnβt go away. We had to keep the door closed while sleeping, which made it slightly better.
