Personal: Sehr freundlich, höflich und stets zuvorkommend. Anlage & Pool: Grosser Komplex mit viel Angebot. Der von uns genutzte Pool war sehr sauber und schön. Strand & Meer: Das Meer ist wunderschön und sehr sauber, allerdings recht wellig und steinig. Gastronomie: Sehr grosse und vielseitige Auswahl beim Essen. Wer gerne feiert, kommt hier ebenfalls auf seine Kosten: Das Hotel bietet ein wirklich gutes Party- und Entertainment-Programm. Zur Sauberkeit: Hier könnte noch etwas gründlicher geputzt werden, auch wenn ich da vielleicht sehr penibel bin. Zudem funktionierte der fest montierte Duschkopf oben an der Wand nicht.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat: Mit dem Kinderwagen musste man leider oft Umwege in Kauf nehmen. Da die Zimmer auf verschiedene Gebäude verteilt sind, verstehe ich zwar, dass es im 3. Stock keinen Lift gibt – eine Verbindungsbrücke wäre hier aber eine tolle Lösung. Zudem gab es auf dem Weg vom Zimmer zum Meer selbst beim Lift noch eine zusätzliche Treppe, über die man den Kinderwagen nicht rollen konnte, sondern jedes Mal hochheben musste.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, very good kids club. Aquapark is quite big. Food is generally good, especially dinner service and seafood alternatives were top. Selection of products in that department is generally high quality. Drinks, ice creams, snacks, meat products, etc. You get ab extra a la carte restaurant access if you go with booking and that’s quite good. Don’t bother with the free one, main restaurant is better. The water temperature and cleanliness is perfect. Colours of the water is nothing less than bahamas or hawaii. Rooms are spacious enough, nothing fancy but not below expectations. If you’re into parasailing and paragliding it’s the perfect place. Paraglading lands in front of the main restaurant :)
There is no beach bar. There is a bar they call the beach bar, but it takes a fair climb up stairs to reach, and since you are unlikely to get a lounger anywhere near those stairs, it is a long trip. The snack bar is no better. I ended up using a shopping bag to carry sandwiches and drinks back for my wife and me. The water is lovely once you are in, but depending on the day the waves throw fist sized rocks at you on the way. Bring water shoes. The pool is shockingly small and dated, as is the amphitheatre. This is one of the older resorts and it shows. Adult entertainment was mediocre. Over seven nights there were maybe two shows worth watching. Not bad as such, but I have seen far better at cheaper resorts. One personal experience worth adding is the front desk. I booked four to five months ahead. Three weeks before arrival a larger room appeared for only 29 GBP more, but my rate was non refundable and there was no upgrade option, so I messaged the hotel through the booking system. Three days later they replied that the hotel was full, and the room disappeared from availability five minutes afterwards. On arrival I mentioned it to guest relations purely as feedback, not expecting anything. They took me to the front desk, where I was offered the same room for 500 EUR. When I said I would not pay that, the reply was to ask what I would offer. I found myself haggling over a room I had never asked to buy, and left shortly after. Communication could be much better, and language was no excuse here, as I speak theirs fluently.

Location was spectacular, great hotel management service and outstanding food choices and brilliant facilities for all ages - views were incredible and every need was met
