La atención del personal.
No me gusto lo que hicieron ustedes desde Booking. Me dijeron que la tarifa era de 840,01 Euros mas 11 Euros del Impuesto Municipal. Cuando me pasaron el cargo de la transacción en la tarjeta me cobraron 851,01 Euros, que incluía el impuesto municipal de 11 Euros. Cuando llegue e hice el Check In, en la recepción me dijeron que tenia que pagar el Impuesto Municipal de 11 Euros, le dije que ya se lo había pagado a ustedes, y me exigieron que lo tenia que pagar igual, ya que ustedes no lo pueden cobrar. La verdad me sentí estafado por ustedes que me cobraron 11 Euros en concepto de Impuesto Municipal, y nunca se los transfirieron al hotel. Una vergüenza de parte de ustedes. Espero que me hagan un crédito de 11 Euros en la tarjeta que utilice para pagarles la reserva. Si no me hacen el crédito, me voy a quejar con defensa del consumidor y les iniciare el reclamo pertinente.

Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank was für unseren kleinen snackvorrat ein Pluspunkt war. Man ist von der Unterkunft aus mit dem Bus schnell in Palma. Außerdem war das Personal super freundlich und der Pool mit dem wunderschönen Blick über den Hafen ist fantastisch🥰 Wer einen Mietwagen hat, brauch sich zumindest um den September rum keine Sorgen zu machen - wir haben immer etwas in der Straße des Hotels oder paar Meter weiter gefunden
