Pulizia e accoglienza
Location was great for the beach as well as being near the city. Great bus service.
I love to sit on the balcony early morning/afternoon, butit got extremly hot, it would have been nice to have a canopy.
βAll in all - overpricedβ
The hotel is close to the beach, which is convenient. It is also close to the bus stop with some buses that lead to the city center/tourist center. I liked the hotels appearance - everything was clean and seemed nicely decorated. The staff is friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job.
Breakfast is way overpriced - 17 euros for a small selection of items. The tables werenβt cleaned after guests, and the breakfast area was too small and below ground level. There are way better options in the cafes around for half the price. I was in a difficult situation during my stay because I lost my phone, and I didnβt really feel supported by the reception staff, who were friendly, but didnβt pass on some very important messages from my family to me, even though it was critical I receive them, because I had no way of communicating with anyone in a foreign country as a solo female traveler. I told them multiple times that they need to call me as soon as they get any new information. They did not do this, which I only found after returning home and finally logging in to my email account. Suffice to say you should not rely on them in a crisis. I did not like that I got the first floor room, because there was no privacy. If I was to keep the blinds open and let any light in, the whole street would have seen the inside of the room. Not a good position for anyone, especially not for a woman traveling solo.
βThoroughly enjoyed our stay. Helpful staff and great location!β
We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the port and other historic sites. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful (e.g. reserved us a taxi). Our room on the fifth floor had a beautiful view of the sea.
Can't think of anything.
