The friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The ground floor cocktail bar
Very minor observation.... but some of the lounge chairs in ground floor cocktail bar not the most comfortable to sit in, as they sink down too low.

Excellent breakfast spread. Room was clean and cool and well maintained. I think they did some upgrades which is great.
I think some of the facilities are a bit dated like the gym and pool. Needs a bit of a renovation.
