We decided to stay in this hotel for the second part of our honeymoon as it looked to be a lovely hotel and in an area of more nightlife. When we arrived we checked in and went our room. We paid extra for a pool view room however the pool could not be seen because of the trees and sunbathers. The pool area was chaos, sunbeds everywhere and none left when we arrived. The bathroom in our room had lots of mould around the shower tray and sink. When we complained about it, reception said that they were fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate a change of room. As this was our honeymoon it was very upsetting having to move hotel due to poor conditions. We would not recommend this hotel as we feel the situation was not handled appropriately.
