“Good hotel; bad location”
It’s very beautiful, clean, and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good.
It was too hot in the summer. They had no AC and the fan didn’t make it cold enough. The location is also unsafe.

The KUBE Hotel is definitely a 4 star hotel, the staff were great and very helpful. The room was very clean and easy to access which helped with cases. Good quality furnishing and staff attitude was fantastic.
The most unbearable fact is the surrounding location which I found dirty and very intimidating to walk through as a solo female traveller. I found the bus service to be good though and allowed me to travel through that area almost to the door. The hotel is practically empty and the bar was not open at all, no food available except for breakfast (which was passable but not great.) The hot food was cold and had to be reheated. The fact that there was no food available meant I had to go out to get that and I didn't like that so, I bought supermarket food and ate that in my room, which is not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel. Very few staff available so the receptionist was left to cope with all problems as well as booking in.
