location to beach great, pool lovely, staff in hotel were very very helpful & really nice. lovely music around the pool each day and not too loud. Temp of pool fabulous Closeness to Palma and Porto Pi superb.
public areas tired & dull. Carpets threadbare and stained. Walls needed painting. Sofas in reception need replacing. Floor in bedroom was lifting, Toilet area has no privacy - made for an uncomfortable stay. Food in pelican restaurant not great. Staff were diff to Hotel and catching their attention pretty hard. Please stop guests putting towels out around pool at stupid o clock in morning. Parking in area around hotel a nightmare. Perhaps they could reserve spaces close to the hotel. Too much hassle so would not stay there again

При заселении мен перепутали с другим человеком. Держа в руках мои документы менеджер не мог понять разницы между моим данными и данными другого человека . Я не могу объяснить как это возможно , но ступор был долгим . С меня списали еще раз оплату за другого человека , но потом вернули деньги . Но ситуация была странная . Разные имена и фамилии , но для молодого человека на ресепшене казалось , что разницы нет . Пока девушка не вмешалась он долго не мог понять в чем проблема . Завтраки не очень хорошие .

Location next to the beach, big room with balcony
I have ordered and paid additionally for a full sea view room, however the one we got, was on the 1st floor with view obstructed by the concrete platform. When I complained, the receptionist told me they have no other room available and I may ask tomorrow.. no apologies, no complimentary drink or service were offered. The housekeeping lady entered our room before 8am straight after knocking -not even waiting a second and she did it twice this way. It never happened to me in any other hotel. The bathroom has no door and the toilet is separated with a glass door that is not even closing properly, leaving around 10cm gap. The pool is much smaller than it looks on the pictures and it was very crowded. I would not stay there again.
