Very welcoming reception upon arrival and excellent service from beginning to end. Top notch old school everything they can do do accommodate their guests. Very nice pool area, great breakfast, comfy bed and linens, great views, beautiful beach just downstairs.
Very minor thing:Room was a bit smaller than it looked in the pictures. Not too small, but perhaps a bit small for a "junior suite" at a five star resort.
We travel quite extensively and have been fortunate enough to experience many wonderful hotels around the world, but our stay at JOIA Iberostar has genuinely stood out. The level of service, attention to detail, and warmth we experienced throughout our stay was truly exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered—from the reception team and pool staff to the restaurant team—was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Tiziana, a member of the hotel management team, who took the time to show us around and personally engage with guests during breakfast. Her genuine interest and warm hospitality made us feel particularly welcome and added a very personal touch to our stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with everything exceptionally clean and thoughtfully presented. The quality and variety of the food are excellent, and the high standards are evident throughout the property. We will leave with wonderful memories of our stay and would like to thank the entire team for making our time here so special. It has been a truly memorable experience.
