Easy check in and the staff were very efficient. Especially helpful for early breakfast and parking.
The room was too small and poorly paid out for the price, even for West London.

Good breakfast, good sized room, good location and surprisingly quiet.
The hotel has recently been re-named and refurbished but the quality of the room furnishings and fittings is very poor. They're cheap looking. One of the white chairs was heavily stained and the sofa already has a split occurring. For a period house, the room is bland and could be any cheap hotel anywhere. I believe the rooms will look very shabby in a year or two. And the sound proofing is very bad (again a lost opportunity in the restoration). We could hear every sound from the neighbours.
