В номерах грязно,мы бронировали один номер,когда приехали нас заселили вообще в другой,номера грязны мебель и интерьер старый всё держится на соплях,уборка как будто даже не проводилась,еда одно и тоже каждый день,интернет ужасный хуже чем в 2000х годах когда ты с телефона по 2G сидел

We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with great facilities, a lovely atmosphere and plenty of choice when it comes to food and drinks. The staff were friendly and hardworking throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Mohammed at reception, who went above and beyond to look after us. We had a small issue when we first arrived, and Mohammed handled it exceptionally well. He made sure everything was resolved and that the rest of our holiday was perfect. His kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference to our experience. We would also like to give a special thank you to Esma, who was incredibly helpful during our departure and made sure we had a smooth and stress-free checkout. It was a lovely way to end our holiday and showed the same level of care and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Thank you to Mohammed, Esma and the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return!

Die Hotelanlage war sehr schön, unseren Kindern 4, 9 und 11 Jahre hat es gut gefallen.
Die Mini-show am Anfang der aanimation hat täglich bis zu 1,5 Stunden gedauert, weil sie jedes Kind vom MiniClub nach dem Namen gefragt haben und Urkunden verteilt haben. Totale Zeitverschwendung und langweilig!
