Konum
We had booked for 2 adults and 11-year-old child and paid the full price. Despite this, the receptionist made things difficult for us because we hadn't requested an extra bed. Even though we had booked as a 2+1 (two adults plus one child) group. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Furthermore, the reservation clerk's shouting and rude behavior are absolutely unacceptable. I cannot forgive him for shouting at me in front of my child and wife. It's very wrong to employ such rude people at the reception.
