“Worst stay ever!”
The suite was big and accommodating my family 2 adults and 2 kids
The AC wasn’t working well and the weather there is very hot! There was a party on the pool and followed by a party on the roof club with very loud music!! You can never sleep in this noise! The windows aren’t sound proof and i have kids with me! The breakfast was horrible, no varieties, food was late to be served in the open buffet! Very smelly and awful i tried it once and didnt enter the restaurant again! It says that its a beachfront hotel but the beach is a public beach not a private one!! The staff were not helpful at all!!
“Disappointing”
The location was good, and the lunchtime food at pool bar was decent.
The service was extremely poor, basically non-existent at the pool, most of the staff understood little English. Room cleaning was awful, rubbish not removed, floors not cleaned, bathroom not cleaned. Most of the parasols by the pool were broken, and when we asked we were told if it’s broken, it’s broken. I couldn’t get the cocktail I ordered on the rooftop bar as they didn’t have ingredients. We did not sleep as the beach bar over the road played ridiculously loud music until around 2am every night.
