βGood value but incident proneβ
Good value, good location, good rooms
The room we reserved was double booked resulting in walking in on other people staying in the hotel , also in our final day in the hotel someone on two separate occasions walked in into our room before the 11am checkout. We did not receive any compensation or great apology about these incidents. Also the key cards for the rooms de-activate everything you leave the room so they have to be re-activated at reception, which can be time consuming depending on the business of the hotel.
Really loved this hotel. Really clean and staff were lovely. Great facilities. Will definitely be back
