“Disappointed”

Extremely Disappointing – Our Holiday Was Ruined I am very, very disappointed with this hotel. The photos advertised on Booking.com were completely misleading. The hotel looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It felt like buying a cheap fake copy of an original branded product. The quality and appearance advertised simply did not exist in reality. The room was extremely old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were dents, holes, and damage throughout the room. On the day we checked in, the floor was covered in hair and sand, clearly showing that it had not been properly cleaned or mopped. The bedsheets had multiple stains and hair on them, and the towels were also covered in hair and stains. Even the shelf underneath the bathroom sink, where fresh towels were supposed to be kept, was stained and dirty. I had to clean it myself with wipes. The shelves were filthy, and the hangers were covered in dust. I had to wipe down almost everything myself just to feel comfortable using the room. The entire hotel also had a horrible damp smell throughout the corridors, similar to the smell of stagnant or wet water around a swimming pool. It was unpleasant and made the whole experience even worse. Although the room was supposedly serviced every day, it was still dirty. I constantly had to clean the bathroom sink, toilet, and other surfaces myself. The pillows were so dirty that we ended up wrapping our own T-shirts around them and using them as pillowcases just to be able to sleep. We stayed for four nights, and honestly, we could not wait to get back home to our own clean house. We have stayed in many three-star hotels before, but this hotel did not meet the standards I would expect even from a basic hotel. In my personal opinion, it deserves zero stars. We visited a beautiful destination and had so many lovely places we wanted to enjoy, but the hotel completely ruined our holiday experience.

Їжа різноманітна, смачна , сніданки однакові, але подавали cava ( шампанське ) та устриці , але на вечерю постійно щось змінювали ,дітям морозиво, желейки, цукрову вату , шоколадний фондан , в номері чисто, прибирали та змінювали рушники щодня , персонал завжди готовий допомогти, анімація щовечора різна, для діток було дуже цікаво Дуже сподобався готель, за 2 тижні ми пожили в 3 готелях , в тому числі 4 зірковому - Caribe , але він просто ховається за цим готелем, тепер Belvedere наш улюблений готель
Двері до ванної кімнати можна сказати відсутні , хто таке взагалі придумав😭 Це найбільший мінус цього готелю, бо якщо до прикладу приїхати не з дуже близькими людьми - це буде дуже некомфортно
