Welcoming friendly staff, well kept tidy premises, I absolutely loved the buffet breakfast which changed a bit every day
There are severe roadworks going on outside the hotel (not the hotel's fault) but just a heads up that this has been going on for 5 years and is not close to being finished and will delay any travel by 30minutes most of the time. Also the shower - the water ran up alongside the edge of the bathtub and would pool onto the ledge and then onto the floor very quickly creating a mess - a simple wadded up tissue on the side of the bath fixed this so that the water tracked into the bath
The room and location were very convenient. There are 2 7 elevant and train staion near by to hotel. And next to the hotel, it has loundry. So it was very helpful to me. Another thing is you can go to Central World and Big C within 10 min by walk.
