βGr8 hotel, Gr8 location shame its so noisyβ
Location is right in the heart of old town with tapas alley opposite and Levante beach just a short stroll away. The Queens Hotel only from what i could see has steps in & out of the hotel & access into the hotel at busy times can be very difficult due to people moving tables and chairs into the walk way the staff do their best to keep it free! but when 'customers' see people trying to get into the hotel with a suitcase or bags they are very reluctant to move!! i found this out as im a disabled person so had to struggle through them to get into the hotel. The room was very clean & for me quite big being on floor 5 i had a sea view. Breakfast for me it was ok and way way better than hotel santa faz. there is a roof top bar & seating area on floor 8! it gets very very busy!!
very noisy hotel as its an older building & the walls are thin. most nights people would bang their doors shut!! they would shout very loudly in the corridors!! the hotel has a roof top bar but customers using it (not all hotel guests!!) would HOG THE LIFT!! so for me trying to use the lift became a CHORE!! walking down 5 floors was very painful! trying to go up was a non starter! I didnt find out until my last day there was a disabled toilet on the 1st floor!! i was NEVER TOLD about it, i just happened to see it!! i had asked one of the cleaners if i could have some bath gel & promptly she gave me 3 of each but when the cleaner (not this lady) cleaned my room she took them all out!! i went out and bought my own & liquid soap.

Hotel in excellent location, staff so nice and helpful, beautiful rooftop bar, great breakfast, really comfy beds and air-conditioned.
No complaints really, bathroom a little dated and lift slow. I would have preferred a room with a balcony but we still had magnificent views. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Breakfast choice really good and very tasty. Roof top bar is a must in the sunny weather and the sangria so tasty. Room cleaning was done every day
