The rooms were spacious and very clean. The breakfast had alot of options, and was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and always had a smile.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, fabulous breakfast with fresh pastries and specialty coffee available all day. Great location in Chiado close to all the coolest neighborhoods. Very comfortable rooms with absolutely beautiful view of Lisbon. The true standout here was the staff. In particular the woman who works at the front desk (I forgot to get her name) was kind, warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, even walking with us to our taxi for the airport when we were having trouble. She truly made the stay exceptional (although coffee on the balcony with the best view in Lisbon also didnβt hurt).

Casa Balthazar is stunning! It has old European charm located in central Lisbon down a very charming street! Our view was AMAZING! And having the hot tub on our balcony was special! Stunning views day and night! Close to so much and easy to get an uber just down the street. Breakfast was included and presented beautifully. And Ruth was kind and generous while running the front of house. I would not stay anywhere else!
