Great location, very clean and easy to check in and out.
Since the building is a bit old, some loud noise would travel at night from people coming and going.

“Choose your room wisely”
Location is spectacular.
This place has no air conditioning. This may suffice for the common area and 2 of the 4 rooms. But for the room called “Blue Room” where we stayed, it was unbearably hot if the window was closed, and incredibly loud until past 3am every night if the window was open. I suspect the “Frescos Room” is the same. Also beware that some rooms have bathrooms that are external to the room itself, which can be less convenient.
