“Disgusting/appalling dive!!!!”

I booked this hotel for a wedding gift and was appalled by their stay! No toilet roll, no soap!!!! Shouting staff! Homeless and refugees noisy etc this is a Homeless hotel not one for booking.com for families or overseas guests visiting! Absolutely disgusting! Please remove this from the site noone else should have to put up with this place!
The bed was comfortable
Hotel full of either mental health people or foreigners. The room was not the cleanest, the shower flooded the bathroom floor. No heating unless you ask reception to put it on for you. Lifts weren't working properly so used the stairs luckily we were only on the 2nd floor. The room cost over £300 definitely not worth it. We won't be back

The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent and breakfast was good food and plenty of it.
It is a bit tired, the hotel looks as if it has been taken over from another chain and needs a refurbishment.

Very comfortable and extremely quiet. I slept very well. Nearby Sainsbury and other convenience stores and food. Great shower and comfy bed.
Breakfast wasn't included. Slightly far from the central train station but still walkable.
