“The Parkgate is a classy place.”
- Beautiful and tranquil building - Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing rooms - Quality spa upstairs, even if the plunge pool is a charged extra. - Perfect location, the heart of the city.
My only feedback would be: - Rooms at the front of the building on lower floors aren’t sound proofed too well. Ear plugs may be necessary for light sleepers as the street wakes up below. - 4pm check in is a little late to then charge a full nightly rate for. If more staff could be sourced to make rooms available just a little earlier in the day it would make a big difference to the customer experience of the place.
