Clean spacious room, good staffs overall, plenty car parking available, papa Jones and bo coffee available downstairs, full equipped kitchen, balcony available ask for key, deposit 250 qr
Exit from the basement is difficult to navigate as congested road front side, smells from corridor not for everyone, only one card given at least make 2 cards for easy use, tv remote difficult to use, coffee not given only creamers
Everything was perfect. Staff is super helpful and its located close to my place of work. I had an excellent experience staying at Somerset Al Mansoura for a month. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made settling into Doha much easier. A special thank you to Chand, Prageeth, Anu and Bharath for their outstanding support throughout my stay. I would also like to mention the reception team, Chaimaa and Ishari, who were always professional, warm, and happy to assist whenever I needed anything. The overall service, cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere made the stay feel like a home away from home. What really says a lot about my experience is that, by the end of my stay, I actually decided to book a long-term apartment at Somerset Al Mansoura because I liked the property and the service so much. I would definitely recommend Somerset Al Mansoura to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Doha. Thank you to the entire team for making my first month in Doha such a pleasant experience!
