Very good dirt, dirty rooms and restaurant, old damaged furniture. Only the view from room is good.
In our booking was written as one bottle of champagne Is included but they said it is wrong there is no. Corridors and staircase is very dark, not enough lighting. Not clean, old furniture. Rooms are very old, need repair, replacement and restoration. Jacuzzi was very dirty, we tried to clean by ourselves. Most of the light bulbs not working. Curtains are falling down all the time. Toilet button for flush was damaged etc. In the restaurant is not possible to eat and sit that you are feeling safe. All the time coming to your desk flower selling women and beggars. Chairs and floors are very dirty again old damaged furniture. Insects on the floor running. The place has hygiene issue so may be dangerous for health. This place was our most popular place before each year but if there wont be any change, we will not go there anymore.

Ideal location for exploring Alanya. The breakfast was average, was much better on my previous stay when they had the buffet option. Excellent WiFI throughout. The Cleaners where really friendly, considerate and respectful when cleaning the room.
The rooms are small compared to other hotels. The hot tub on the balcony did not run warm (the hotel did offer to have an engineer look at it). Early check in (7am) was approved prior to arrival but room was not ready for another 2 hours and I had been traveling through the night, and really needed to sleep.

It was a quality above our expectations. The rooms were clean and the view was very nice. The service was very superior, all the employees were smiling and polite. The food was very delicious. The concept is very sweet and the toilets are very clean. It was very nice to have AtatΓΌrk pictures all over the hotel. If I come again, I will stay here again.
