“Magnifique hotel.. avec beaucoup d’animation”
Parmi tous les hotels que je suis aller.. cette hotel est « Fantastique » pourquoi ? Premièrement les personels et les animateurs etait agreable souriant et sympathique.. les animations de pool party avec la mousse.. super.. les chambres était confortable et propre.. le buffet etait pas tres tres grands mais c’etait bien bon par contre.. pas de probleme de parking pour votre voiture.. pour aller a la plage.. la navette vous ramener.. le trajet dure uniquement 2 mins.. et il fais des allez retour toutes les 15 mins.. nous avons eu droit la chambre avec jacuzzi.. tous les deux jours il y’a la boite de nuit de l’hotel.. un vrai boite de nuit avec des bons dj.. un bon hotel que je vous conseil..

“Katastrophe”
Das Frühstück und die Strand Anlage ist gut
In unserem Zimmer wurde zuvor geraucht. Auf unsere Reklamation kam zwar jemand vom Personal und sprühte etwas in den Raum, doch der Geruch blieb bestehen. Auch das Bad und die Toilette waren nicht wirklich sauber – insgesamt also ein sehr enttäuschendes Zimmer. Das Essen war, abgesehen vom Frühstück (bei dem man kaum etwas falsch machen kann), ebenfalls mangelhaft. Das sogenannte Animationsteam ließ sich nur selten blicken, wirkte dabei unsympathisch und unprofessionell. Besonders abzuraten ist von Ausflügen mit diesen Mitarbeitern – hier handelt es sich eindeutig um eine „Touristenfalle“. Im Spa-Bereich, wenn man lediglich ein Strandtuch abholen möchte, wird man zudem ständig bedrängt, überteuerte Massagen von ungeschultem Personal zu buchen – sehr unangenehm und aufdringlich. Mit einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hat diese Anlage leider nichts gemeinsam. Auch Bar, Organisation und das übrige Personal hinterließen einen mangelhaften Eindruck.
