We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time and asked if it would be possible to receive our room before 3:00 PM, as I am pregnant and traveling with a baby and a child. Unfortunately, our request was refused, and we were told that check-in was only available at 3:00 PM. However, when 3:00 PM arrived, no one approached us or informed us that our room was ready. In particular, there was a woman at the reception desk who, from the beginning, was not pleasant. She was rude in the way she spoke to us and was generally very unfriendly, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The room service was disappointing. On one occasion, they forgot to leave small towels for us, and we had to wait approximately three hours before receiving them. On another occasion, we requested three large towels, but only received two. In addition, one of us had a minor injury and was bleeding, and some blood got onto the pillowcase. Despite this, the pillowcase was not changed and was left as it was. This was very unpleasant and disappointing, especially regarding the level of cleanliness and service we expected. Regarding the food, unfortunately, we were not particularly satisfied. There was not enough variety in the dishes and food options. In addition, on one of the days, we went to get a salad during the day, but we were told that they had run out of it. From our perspective, this was especially disappointing for an all-inclusive hotel. If basic items such as salad run out during the day, it makes us question what the βall-inclusiveβ concept actually means. However, it is important to mention that the waiters were nice, polite, and provided good service. We would also like to mention that there are two restaurants at the hotel that were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed our experience at those restaurants.
Staff are amazing, very friendly, supportive, willing to go beyond expectations...
The cleaness was not aligned with the expectations in specific the smell surrounding the Palm restaurant was bad in major times... While hotel smell and atmosphere is great... at restaurant smell was bad! q
