“Not happy. Not satisfied. Would not return!!!”
Mike was awesome! He organized a taxi to pick me up at the airport, at 2:30 am. Unfortunately, the cab driver fell asleep and took 45 minutes to get to me. Mike was nice enough to greet me at the hotel. I found out that the room is on the SECOND FLOOR, after I specifically asked ahead of the booking if I can have a GROUND FLOOR ROOM, since I AM DISABLED! Mike was kind by taking my luggage upstairs, stating there's a shared kitchen with coffee in the morning, and help me with my luggage. In the morning, there was no coffee made, and I needed to make it myself, after hunting down the ingredients. There was an opened milk container in the fridge. Is the milk good? Spoiled? 🤷♂️ I needed to get down and find a taxi. Nobody in reception. Mike is gone. A nice young gal helped me take down my (heavy) luggage. I was afraid she would break the wheels off, as she dragged it down the steps, but fortunately, the wheels were stronger than the hits they received by falling step after step. I asked to call a taxi. She didn't know. She's a cleaner, and doesn't speak any Greek. There were two people in the bar. I asked them how can I get a taxi. They shrugged their shoulders. One said he could try. He gave me a phone number to call. The taxi man said they are busy, and it could take an hour. Maybe two. No thanks! I tried calling the the taxi driver that picked me up the previous night. No answer. I then called another taxi place I found online. Eureka! They said they will send me a taxi in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, it came. Is the taxi issue the hotel's problem? No. It was their responsibility to A. Get my luggage down without any damage, and B. Call me a taxi. As for the room - no complaints. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Problem was going to sleep at 03:30 am and being woke up at 5:30 with banging from across the ally's building/renovations.
Read above! Mike is great, when he's there. But, I was lied to about a ground level room and getting help in the morning. So, my review is NOT positive.

Вокруг идет ремонт, ооочень шумно, также шум идет из бара, там очень громкая музыка до утра.Не соблюдается режим тишины. Припарковать машину негде, недалеко есть платная парковка 3 € за 3 часа.
