The hotel has a beautiful location and impressive overall facilities. What I appreciated most was the responsiveness of the management when I raised my concerns. Special thanks to Ms. Kรผbra, Deputy Manager, who was very pleasant, professional and accommodating, and to Mr. Fatih, Restaurant Manager, for his attention and efforts. Zanel at breakfast also provided excellent and friendly service. Their attitude made a significant difference to my overall experience.
During the first part of my stay, I had some concerns regarding the breakfast service, housekeeping and room amenities. The service at breakfast was inconsistent, and my room was missing hand towels for several days. There was also one day when my room was not cleaned despite the Do Not Disturb sign being off
