“Location is good, but reception was not welcoming!”
Location : 10/10 The reception was so unfriendly, not welcoming at all and they gave us the impression we are imposing on them. Total zero smile!
“Nice hotel but reception staff is not welcoming.”
The hotel needs to put on effort in training their reception/check in counter staff. Total zero smile, I was made to feel like I am imposing on them for checking in!
