La pisicna muy bien. La atención de Paula en recepcion
En la habitación, faltaba un alfombrin de baño. Había 1 solo botella de agua para ocupación doble. Hay que bajar a la recepción a buscar un secador de pelo (4 estrellas debería tener en la habituación). Precio del parking elevado y muy poca opción de aparcar cerca. Desayuno: Bajamos 25 minutos antes del cierre del desayuno. Muchas cosas de los buffets estaban vacíos y faltaba mucha comida. No había jamón, un solo tipo de pan, poca fruta… No había cubiertos, reponían platos que estaban mojados…. Después de 10 minutos, no se reponía casi nada de comida, así que le pregunte a una camarera, la que no recibió en la puerta, no muy amable, que si iban a reponer las cosas que faltaban y me contestó que era las 10h, cuando el Buffet de desayuno se cierra a las 10h15. Servicio muy seco y poco empatico, sin ganas de ayudar o complacer al cliente. Decepcionante por la categoría del hotel. Adjunto fotos.
