Great breakfast and good value
Broken toilet seat, uncomfortable bed - I felt I was on a slant due to the mattress

Great location, comfortable bed and room
It had everything we needed for a one-night stay at a very good price. A freshly cooked breakfast was provided. Parking was no problem. The staff were very friendly.

Horrible cleanliness, the side entrance was as if it was a dumping site with broken ovens laying around. The floor was sticky, the stair carpet was black with dirt, the toilet paper was not replenished and no change of towels on the last day. The bath was broken and fixed with tape.
