La ubicación y la comodidad de alojarnos en un apartamento.
La limpieza, no estaba limpio, suelo sucio, vajilla sucia y no nos cambiaron las camas ni cambiaron las toallas al tercer día de estar allí, y ese día que supuestamente vinieron a limpiar, no las cambiaron y tuvimos que pedirlas al llegar al, y al día siguiente nos dejaron un saco delante de la puerta con las sábanas y toallas.
“Budget holiday resort”
Location was ok 15/20 min walk down to beach was fine and taxi back was only around €7. Only about 15 mins to las americas and was between €10/15 which was fair prices. Also close to Siam park about 10 mins in taxi. Rooms were clean and around the property was clean and tidy
Rooms had no air conditioning just a ceiling fan in living room and bedroom which didn’t help much with the heat, the remotes for the bedroom one didn’t work properly had to push buttons multiple times before went on and they turn off if you turn light off by main switch which was especially annoying at night time. Every time opened the door bad smell because of how warm the room was. Pool was pretty to look at but water wasn’t overly clean life guard would scoop out bits that they would see but was still some days when it didn’t seem the cleanest as if filters weren’t working properly. Entertainment was basic most people seemed to leave the resort in evenings.
Stayed in Neptuno apartments across the road from main hotel. Was lovely and quiet there, bar area and pool well kept.
A lot of stairs which we weren't advised off and elderly mother struggled.
