Uniquement l'emplacement
Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été marqué par plusieurs problèmes d'hygiène et de confort. À mon arrivée, la chambre qui m'a été attribuée était sale et dégageait de mauvaises odeurs. Rentré vers 21 h et devant terminer un travail que je devais présenter le lendemain, je n'ai pas pu réclamer le soir même. J'ai donc été contraint de passer une très mauvaise nuit dans cette chambre. Le lendemain matin, j'ai demandé à la personne présente à la réception de me changer de chambre. À mon retour, après une journée de travail, une autre chambre m'avait effectivement été attribuée. Elle était plus propre et plus confortable que la première, ce que j'ai apprécié. Cependant, un autre problème important persistait : l'absence d'eau chaude dans les deux chambres. Malgré le changement de chambre, les conditions de séjour sont donc restées insatisfaisantes sur ce point. J'espère que la direction prendra les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer l'hygiène des chambres et assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements sanitaires.
