Friendly and welcoming staff. Room and dining area both immaculate. Breakfast had a great selection. Great value for money. Only one small issue was the room was a little noisy. Would benefit from soundproofing as you can clearly hear floorboards creaking and people walking past the room at night. Not a massive issue though and we'd definitely stay again.
Staff were amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. If I was being picky I think perhaps a better beer ( not Larger) selection might be nice. But aside from that well done, great stay. Thanks

Two of the employees were really nice & helpful; took time to chat (when it wasn't busy) with me & I felt valued from both of them. Unfortunately I couldn't give them tips through card (I had no cash on me) so I bought them as well as the housekeeper and Hotel manager a drink each. The room was quite big for the price, & the bathroom layout was good. Adequate parking from what I could see. And the meal of Fish and Chips I had on the evening was lush! I was also permitted to stay in the restaurant after checking out; I appreciate that. Unfortunately, I did have a few issues during my stay. Their website - or amenities listed on this website/app - has errors in what they offer as a hotel. There is no room service or lunch menu and I think some other amenities were missing from the room. As someone with OCD, I think things could have been much better. Within earshot of a customer (me) one of their members of staff was suggested that the reason they could be ill was because they might have been in contact with someone who has Covid. This came from the Hotel manager's mouth; unprofessional conduct on multiple accounts. Things they can improve upon in my opinion: Make sure the information provided on their website and this one is correct. Better bedding. Make screen casting accessible. Sell Coke that doesn't operate in occupied territory.
