الازعاج بصورة عامة حتى صوت الموسيقى كان مزعجاً بالمطعم وقت الفطور ، وصلنا الفندق الساعة 3 عصراً ولم تكن الغرف جاهزة موظف الاستقبال قال لنا سوف تجهز الغرف بعد ساعتين 😬
The location was good.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The cleanliness was unacceptable. When we checked in, there was sand on the floor and hair left behind from previous guests. There were also fingerprints all over the mirrors and the balcony glass. We complained about the cleaning, but unfortunately, nothing improved. The breakfast selection was very limited, and much of the food seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. The pool area was very cramped and clearly not cleaned properly on a daily basis. We found used cotton swabs and even parts of a razor lying around the pool area, which was both unhygienic and potentially dangerous. We informed the staff and asked them to clean the area, but nothing was done. The service was also very poor, and we felt that our complaints were not taken seriously. Overall, the cleanliness, service and general standard were far below what we expected. In my opinion, this hotel feels more like a 2-star hotel. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
