“Complete nightmare: Health hazards, bugs, and threats from management”
Nothing!!!!
We had an absolute nightmare at this property. Upon arrival late at night, we were told our reserved Double Room had been given away. The alternative room provided was an extreme health hazard: the bed was infested with insects, and the toilet was left uncleaned with waste inside!!! Because the conditions were uninhabitable and the property offered no acceptable solution, we were forced to spend the entire night out on the street searching for accommodation, only finding a decent hotel the following day. When we rejected the room and requested a refund, management stalled us on WhatsApp, flatly refused to take responsibility, and sent hostile messages threatening us with legal action simply for reporting these conditions. Avoid this place at all costs—it poses serious hygiene risks and completely lacks professional ethics.
