our stay at W hotel was exceptional, specially because of the service, from the time we entered to the time we exited, the hospitality people are always available, me and my brother celebrated our birthdays on 18 August, 2026 together, and we were surprised by the arrangements done at the hotel, rooms were spacious, food was excellent and also the kids room (wee kids) was brilliant with our kids enjoying their time there, shreya from the service team was very helpful and so were many others, i think one lady Lima / leema was also very nice at the kids room, overall a great experience, well done team W, we shall come back soon
