The room was nice and spacious. The room was cleaned every day and we got new towels daily as well. There is a laundry room on the top floor which is free to use, with 2 washers and 2 dryers (though 1 was out of use when I stayed there).
The elevators are abysmally slow, especially during high traffic times such as breakfast. It could sometimes take up to 15 seconds for the doors to open. So add some buffer time if you need to be somewhere early. The breakfast was also very asian focused, lots of fried/warm food.
